Demaris [she/her] is a highly skilled licensed massage therapist with extensive knowledge and expertise in a variety of massage modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue and active cupping. With a strong commitment to keeping up with her knowledge she attends many continuing education courses each year. Demaris has studied a range of advanced techniques, including Myofascial Release, integral anatomy, anatomical fascial planes, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and human dissection.
